Tyson and Dustin try some practice runs before they start their experiment.

"New physics equipment was greatly needed," said Ms. Rosabel Flax who has been teaching in Ness City for the past four years and has been in education for thirty seven years. "In fact, two years ago when I taught physics for the first time, we had to use duct tape to keep everything together." According to Ms. Flax, many pieces of equipment for the labs were missing or broken, and others had to be modified which made getting good results very difficult.

Not only did the class get new equipment, but new books were also ordered. Now there is enough equipment to do any experiment in the book. Ms. Flax thinks she could even come up with some new experiments to go with this equipment.
