Dustin Foster enjoys many things in life. Maybe nothing as much as hanging out with Jony or watching The Hangover. In any case, Dustin is enjoying his senior year. Nothing is as sweet as knowing that in less than six months he will be headed to college.
Dustin loves the color blue, mainly because he loves his high school. However, he wasn't always an Eagle. He transferred from Ransom Elementary School in the 7th grade. He was rejected at first, and at times regretted his decision, but with time, like most things, he settled in and became one of us, if you will.
Dustin currently resides in Ransom, and lives with his mom, dad, and brother. Jim and Lori, his mom and dad, are very supportive parents and help him in his decisions. After a hard day at school, Dustin can't wait to eat the wonderful dinner supplied by his mom. At home Dustin usually watches TV and plays X-Box. He watches SportsCenter with his dad, and discusses all the woeful actions of superstar athletes, and remarkable upsets in college basketball. If he is not watching SportsCenter, he is playing X-Box, most likely Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, a game some say he is addicted to.
High School life started off rough for Dustin. His freshmen and sophomore years may be called his worst. However, things can only go up, and his junior and senior years have been magical. He has enjoyed some experiences and has some that he wishes to just forget. In his junior year, he was part of a cross country team that won a state title. His junior year of basketball was his worst year of basketball, and in his mind, miserable.
He enjoys art, probably because his favorite teacher is Mrs. McIntosh. However, Dustin did not appreciate the Spanish language, and would much rather speak English. Dustin enjoys eating pizza or going to Mini Mart with his friends if its chicken tetrazzini day, due to the fact that he hates that more than he hates roofing. However, on nachos day, Dustin is pushing his way to the front and begging for more.
Dustin is an athletic man and appreciates a good game every now and then. He enjoys running track with his friends by his side. He always has his TV on ESPN when the Cubs, Cavaliers, or Tar Heels are on, hopefully rooting them on to victory.
In three words I would describe Dustin as athletic, energetic, and caring. He is a good person and friend, and I know that I can go to him for a laugh or to brag to him about how the Tar Heels lost. Dustin will graduate from NCHS in May of 2010, and plans on attending Fort Hays State University, with the hopes of becoming a chiropractor.
