Paige Stenzel Elected as FCCLA District President
Members now travel to STAR Competition

Members from the FCCLA chapters in District F elected Paige Stenzel as their president for the 2010-2011 school year at the election held recently at Ness City High School. The members of the Ness City Chapter of FCCLA are proud to have a district officer and will support her as she the fulfills the duties of the office.
The chapter continues to be involved at district activities. On Wednesday February 10 Morgan Smith, Marissa Stoecklein, Paige Stenzel, and Mrs. Schaub will be traveling to Cimarron to attend the District F. STAR Event Competition. STAR stands for students taking action with recognition.
Morgan and Marissa will be competing in a Chapter Showcase Display event, which requires them to give an oral presentation on chapter activities for this year. Winners from each category will advance to the next level of competition at the State Leadership Academy in Wichita on April 11-13. The STAR Events will be held on Monday, April 12.
As a district officer, Paige will be attending to help with the events. Julie Beutler, Sara Pfannenstiel, Robin Deines, and Ann Kuhlman will be attending as judges.
