Ness City Schools Approves Public Pre-School Program

At the regularly scheduled School Board Meeting on April 13, the USD 303 School Board approved a proposal to begin a Public Pre-School Program for three, four, and five year olds living within the USD 303 School District, or students that live outside of the district that receive approval by the School Board. This program will be taught by a certified yearly childhood teacher using an approved pre-school curriculum. Pre-School sections will be taught in three hour sections with one section in the morning and one section in the afternoon. Classes will be offered Monday through Thursday during the school year. Our goal is to provide ealry childhood services for the children of our communities so they can enter Kindergarten prepared to learn and be successful.
