2024-2025 School Sports Physicals for current 6th-11th grade students
May 2nd & May 7th @ the Ness City Medical Clinic
Please let the office or the school nurse know if you would like your student to participate.
School sports physicals for the 24-25’ school year at the Ness City Medical Clinic will again be done as Well Child Exams/School Sports Physicals. The Well Child Exam will be billed to the student’s insurance. Most insurance companies cover the cost of Well Child Exams 100%, no co-pay needed. If the student does not have insurance or if the student’s insurance does not cover Well Child Exams, the cost of the physical will be written off by the clinic. Student’s will not be charged. The school will be in charge of getting students to and from the clinic during the school day. All students playing sports must have a physical completed and on file before the first day of practice.
School Required Immunizations
The health department will be available May 7th to provide immunizations to any current 6th-11th student needing school required immunizations for the 24’-25’ school year. Letters will be sent home with your child if they are due for immunizations. This generally affects students going into the 7th and 11th grades. Reminder, all students will have 30 days after the first day of school to receive the required immunizations and then will be excluded from school attendance unless an exemption exists and is on file with the school. No immunization will be given without parental consent. Please let us know if you would like your child to participate.
